It is recommended to catch a flight into Lima that will arrive on 5/11 (Megan will be doing that too), spend the night in Lima, and catch an early morning flight all together to Cuzco on 5/12. On the return flight, it is easy to book an early morning flight from Cuzco to Lima, and then connect directly to a flight back to your country of origin without spending the night in Lima.

Terms of Agreement
Costs: All prices are per person, double or triple occupancy at hotels, except when camping. Machu Picchu and all entrance fees to other tour sites, train, van, bus, car travel , guides, and ceremonies listed in trip agenda are included. Breakfast is included. Items of a personal nature are not included. Airfare is not included.
Health: The elevation of Cuzco is 11,000 feet. We will be doing a lot of hiking, ceremonies, and activities in this high elevation. Persons with health problems must check with their physician or licensed health professional to insure safety and well being before registering on this trip.
Responsibilities: Sacred Spiritual Travel nor any of our affiliates shall be liable for any delay or change in itinerary schedule, loss, damage, expense, or injury to your property or person including death occasioned by any acts, or omission by any supplier providing services on this trip. Sacred Spiritual Travel may cancel this journey at any time. In case of journey cancellation, we shall not have any responsibility beyond the refund of the money paid to Sacred Spiritual Travel.
Insurance: Sacred Spiritual Travel recommends the purchase of appropriate short-term travel insurance, baggage insurance, and trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your journey, your deposit and all payments will be refunded less $500.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled in writing within 45 days before start of the trip. If you cancel your journey between 44 and 15 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the whole trip. If cancelled between 1 to 14 days and for no shows, the cancellation fee is 100% of total journey cost.
Space is limited, so confirm your reservations for this journey as early as possible.
